At Favrille, employees are our most valuable resource. We provide employees with competitive compensation and an excellent comprehensive benefit program to provide protection and well-being for employees and their families. All employees who work a regular schedule of 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate.
Health Benefits
- Two medical insurance plans: the HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) and the PPO Plan (Preferred Provider Organization) offer coverage for employees and their eligible dependents. A chiropractic benefit is included in both the HMO and the PPO plans at no additional cost.
- A PPO Dental Plan also offers coverage for employees and their eligible dependents.
- A separate Vision Plan is offered to employees, as well as an Employee Assistance Program for confidential counseling and referral, at no additional cost.
- Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts are also offered.
Financial Benefits

- Education Reimbursement Policy pays 80% of tuition costs up to $5,000 per year for qualified employees.

Time-Off
- Flexible work schedules are available to accommodate employees and department schedules.
- Combining sick time, vacation, personal days, 20 days per year are accrued the first year of employment as Flexible Time Off. For each additional year at Favrille, another day is added, with 25 days off per year accrued at the end of five years of employment.
- Ten paid holidays per year are given to employees plus two floating holidays for a religious or ethnic holiday and the employee’s birthday for a total of 12 paid holidays per year.
